Personal Profile: I believe that exploring living and becoming who we are creates fulfilment, and together, hope for humanity and our world. For myself, becoming who I am has given me my greatest challenges and richest experiences.

I have been a Physiotherapist for 35 years, and in the last 20 years have pursued a passion and training in wholistic body and mind modalities alongside my Physiotherapy profession. My work is now focused on supporting health and wellness, integrating my professional skills as a Physiotherapist with Educational Kinesiology and Craniosacral therapy.

I love working with Educational Kinesiology seeing the subtle and often extraordinary shifts towards mind and body integration; from areas of difficulty toward clarifying goals, then using a Balance process to facilitate change and achievement of goals and dreams. These tools are useful for all ages; from early child development to any learning, behavioural, movement, sporting or creative challenge in the whole of life.

I enjoy working 1-1 with children, teenagers and adults to support increasing wellness and life! I am also available to teach Brain Gym workshops, or to adapt a workshop to your needs and environment.
