BACKGROUND

I took my first Kinesiology class in 1985 and have been learning ever since. It's amazing to work with children and adults who present with different issues and with their help, make their lives less challenging and/or more fulfilling.

I have investigated a number of modalities and drawn on skills from Kinergetics, Neuro Organisational Technique, Rhythmic Movement Training, Soul Power, Colour for Life and Colournostics along with Touch for Health and Educational Kinesiology. I am also a NES Health Practitioner.​

MY SPECIALTY

I love working with children of all ages who have behavioural or learning challenges, whether it be academic or performance, either in the arts, sports or technical skills, and being able to clear the blocks to vision, listening or coordination allowing for ease of learning and success. For adults, the work may be to help with issues of health, pain, sleep, anxiety, personal relationships, performance in sport, work or emotional stress.
